Foyen terms of service

About these terms

These terms apply to Foyen, a Vertum product for AI front-office workflows. By using Foyen, you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and in line with the product limits shown in your account or onboarding materials.

Account access

Foyen may use Google sign-in or another owned-identity method to authenticate users. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for making sure only authorized people use your business account.

Current product state

Foyen is currently a founder-stage product. Dashboard, signup, checkout, playbook review, call review, and controlled onboarding workflows may change as the product improves.

Foyen does not move live phone traffic until forwarding setup, owner approval, and a test-call proof are complete. Product screens should be treated as operational support, not a guarantee that a live route has been moved.

Founder support, status, and rollback expectations are described on the support page. If a live pilot is approved and causes trouble, Foyen helps return calls to the previous carrier or forwarding setup while the issue is reviewed.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and founder-offer limits are shown during checkout or in the product. You should not enter payment information unless you intend to start the paid plan shown at checkout.

The founder offer includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. To redeem it, email hello@vertum.ai within 30 days of your first payment with the account email and a refund request; an operator will process the Stripe refund after confirming the account and payment.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of business details, call instructions, escalation rules, and approvals you provide. You are also responsible for complying with laws that apply to your calls, customers, recordings, messages, and business operations.

No emergency use

Foyen is not an emergency service, dispatch authority, medical service, legal service, or public safety system. Do not rely on Foyen for emergency response.

Acceptable use

Do not use Foyen to violate laws, impersonate others, send abusive or deceptive communications, interfere with the product, reverse engineer protected systems, or process information you are not allowed to use.

Availability and changes

Foyen may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product is developed. We try to keep the product reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
