Support, status, and rollback
For the founder pilot stage.
Support window
Founder support is handled by Vertum during the guided setup window. Email hello@vertum.ai with your business name, account email, and the phone number involved. During active founder setup, we aim to answer same business day between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Escalation
If a forwarded line, test call, billing state, or call record looks wrong, include "urgent Foyen founder support" in the email subject. For any live-line pilot, Foyen will confirm the active escalation path before traffic moves.
Status
Founder status is shown through the dashboard and direct setup updates: billing state, Foyen number assignment, forwarding proof, test-call result, and go-live lock. Checkout alone does not move live phone traffic.
Rollback promise
Foyen keeps live routing gated until setup, owner approval, and a passing test call are complete. If a live pilot causes trouble, we help you return calls to the previous carrier or forwarding setup and disable the Foyen route while the issue is reviewed.
